Did you know that Lovi Poe and Monty Blencowe's luxurious wedding venue is a favorite of the royal family?

The couple tied the knot at Cliveden House in England on Sunday, Aug. 27 (Philippine time) after being together for four years. According to Harper's Bazaar, the five-star estate was where Meghan Markle stayed before her wedding to Prince Harry in May 2018. The breathtaking mansion also became home to the Duke of Buckingham, the Prince of Wales, as well as Lord and Lady Astor.

As stated on its website, Cliveden House was established by the 2nd Duke of Buckingham in 1666 as a gift to his mistress. It boasts 376 acres of formal gardens and woodlands featuring "the celebrated Parterre, season-long floral displays, distinctive topiary, and a collection of exceptional sculptures" and overlooking the River Thames.

There's also the Spring Cottage, which is a three-bedroom house situated along the banks of the River Thames. It costs around P160,000 per night.

Cliveden refers to its Spring Cottage as the "ultimate private riverside bolt-hole."

Guests can indulge in fancy and delicious dishes in the dining room that offers a majestic view of Parterre, the National Trust gardens, and River Thames. It has 30% vegan and plant-based selections as well as the "Great Royal Afternoon Tea" menu with sweet delights inspired by flowers that grow in the royal gardens.
