Everything we love about Kathryn Bernardo's dream house in Rizal
Kathryn Bernardo's new house is truly a feast for the eyes and a symbol of the actress' style and grace.
In case you're not up to date, Kathryn recently celebrated the completion of her dream home in Antipolo, Rizal by throwing a housewarming party with her closest friends.
The construction of her new family home began in August 2021, with the help of her design and construction team, sculptor Jinggoy Buensuceso, Lino Architecture, and Neat Obsessions.
Filipino stylist and florist Gideon Hermosa shared a glimpse of the new home as well as scenes from the party on his Instagram account.
Kathryn's new home boasts a fresh and inviting entrance, thanks to the variety of plants and trees surrounding it, including a towering palm tree.
The property follows a contemporary design that radiates the same elegance and sophistication as its owner.
Cool features
Inside, the home features a grand wooden and glass staircase with built-in lighting. But perhaps the highlight of the living space is Kathryn's very own elevator.
Located conveniently beside the staircase, the elevator provides easy access to all three floors of the house.
But that's not all! The local star also installed a curved slide (which Darren Espanto and Robi Domingo seemed to enjoy) in her home, adding a fun, playful touch to her space.
Artworks
The house's walls are also something that deserves admiration as it is filled with lots of stunning art pieces and paintings. One eye-catching decoration is a large installation from Jinggoy that makes use of waved lines to create the illusion of islands.
Another of the sculptor's masterpiece appears to be made out of melted metal.
Her art collection includes two captivating pieces by Canadian visual artist Brent Lynch, titled Evening Lounge and Cigar Bar, which she put side by side.
Gorgeous view
Designed for relaxation, Kathryn's garden boasts a variety of plants and inviting elements that help her decompress after a busy day at work. The area includes an infinity pool where the actress can marvel at the gorgeous city lights.
The al fresco space is also spacious enough to hold a large gathering, as evidenced by her housewarming party. For the event, Gideon transformed it into a magical setting with fairy lights hanging on the trees and candles in the surroundings.
