Maine Mendoza throws surprise baby shower for Maja Salvador: 'We love you, super mom (to-be)' • PhilSTAR Life

Maine Mendoza made her friend, co-host Maja Salvador feel special as she threw a baby shower for the mom-to-be.

On her Instagram stories, Maja posted some snaps of the intimate event featuring a lovely green and white theme for its flowers, balloons, and other ornaments.

Spotted at the party were Maja's husband Rambo Nuñez, Maine's husband Arjo Atayde, and actress-beauty queen MJ Lastimosa. In the photos and videos from the affair, they can be seen clinking their drinks and having a blast at the party.

One of the pictures also showed Maja shedding some tears of joy as she and Rambo blew out candles on their cake.

"We love you, super mom (to-be!)" Maine wrote in the picture.

Reposting the snaps on her Instagram stories, Maja gave a shoutout to Maine for the delightful treat. "Thank you, my sez. Ang swerte kong kaibigan kita," she wrote.

MJ also posted some moments from the intimate event on her IG account as she penned a sweet message to Maja on how excited she is to meet her baby.

"We can’t wait to meet you baby. You’re already so loved little one. I can already picture you with your mama and dada. What a sight would that be in a few months. Just utterly beautiful, I am sure of that," she wrote.

Maja announced she's expecting her first baby with Rambo in December through a festive Christmas-themed video where they displayed a sonogram on the Christmas tree.

Maja and Rambo first got into a relationship in 2010, but called it quits a few months later. They confirmed their rekindled romance in March 2019 and announced their engagement in April 2022.
