Drake gifts lucky fan with a pink Birkin bag during L.A. concert

Canadian rapper Drake surprised a fan at his "It's All A Blur" concert with a Birkin bag.

In a now-viral TikTok video that garnered more than 2 million views, Drake can be seen walking on stage with the bag, seemingly offering it to anyone from the audience at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, Los Angeles Wednesday night.

“Drake ain’t cheap!” he said as he searched for a lucky recipient.

He pointed to a woman in the front row and said, “This girl right here." He then carefully passed the bag to her.

In a report by People, the said Birkin bag costs around $10,000 to $30,000 or more than half a million pesos to P1.6 million. Because of its value, the 36-year-old rapper told security to make sure she get out of the arena without any issues.

In 2017, Drake revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that he has been collecting Hermès Birkin bags for his future wife for years.

He also flaunted his Hermès collection which was meticulously arranged in his two-story wardrobe in a cover feature for Architectural Digest.

Drake is also rumored to be the owner of the rarest handbag in the world, the Hermès Himalaya Birkin, which is made of Nilo crocodile skin and costs $432,000 (P24.3 million).
