Adele was overwhelmed with emotion at her residency concert in Las Vegas when she spotted a familiar face in the crowd.

During her "Weekends with Adele" residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, the singer was belting out her 2015 song When We Were Young when she stopped midway to greet the doctor who delivered her son back in 2012.

"Oh my god, Colin!" Adele said before walking towards her obstetrician, as seen in a video recorded by a concert-goer that has since gone viral.

"Oh my God. This is my doctor that gave birth to my baby. I haven't seen you in years," she continued with emotion clear in her voice.

The two then shared a heartwarming embrace as several audience members applauded at the moving encounter. Still choked up, Adele—who wore a black, gothic dress in celebration of Halloween—apologized to the crowd and encouraged them to continue the song as she composed herself.

The award-winning artist took her first step to motherhood when she welcomed her son Angelo in October 2012, who she shares with her now ex-husband Simon Konecki.

During her Las Vegas show, Adele also opened up about having an interest in adding another blessing into her life.

"I'm desperate for another baby, Colin. Bloody hell," she told the crowd in another video, which had the audience cheering in support.

She also discussed the topic of expanding her family in a past interview with women's magazine Elle, saying, "I definitely want more kids. I’m a homemaker and I’m a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music."

Adele is currently in a relationship with sports agent Rich Paul. Since last month, the pair have been hounded with marriage rumors after Adele referred to Rich as her "husband" while talking to a fan at her show.

For his part, Rich did little to deny the speculation that he and the Grammy-winning artist might have secretly tied the knot, telling broadcast journalist Gayle King that she can "say whatever you want" when asked if she should address Adele as "Mrs. Paul."
