Francine Diaz and Korean singer Seo In Guk officially announced that they are collaborating on a new single My Love.

The collaboration was formally launched during the exclusive press conference and listening party on, Jan. 27, Saturday.

In an interview with MJ Felipe, Seo confirmed that the interest started when he met Francine's manager and asked if she could join forces with him for the single.

My Love was recorded last month in South Korea, written and composed by In Guk, Pak Kyung Hyun, and Mo Sang Hoon. The actor confirmed that the male rap part of the song will be replaced by the 20-year-old actress.

It was a perfect gift for Francine as the announcement was made on her birthday as she recently teased fans that she would team up with a Korean artist for a single.

Earlier this month, the speculation buzzed the netizens online as the actress posted a video of her with In Guk dancing together on Instagram.

“See you next month, my love,” she quipped in her post, garnering attention from fans and celebrities including MJ Lastimosa and Dra. Vicky Bello.

Diaz rose to popularity as Cassie Mondragon in the hit afternoon series Kadenang Ginto in 2018, and other notable projects such as Dirty Linen and Fracture

In Guk is widely known for his 2012 series Reply 1997, and several K-drama hits namely Shopping King Louie, Cafe Mimandang, Doom at Your Service, and Death’s Game.
