LOOK: 'Mambacita' clothing line launches on May 1st in celebration of Gianna Bryant's birthday
Vanessa Bryant is launching a new clothing line named "Mambacita" to celebrate her late daughter Gianna's 15th birthday.
About a week after announcing that Kobe Bryant's estate has ended its 18-year partnership with Nike, the former model and widow of the late NBA star introduced a new clothing line that will celebrate the legacy of her daughter.
On Friday, April 30 Bryant said on Instagram that Mambacita will be released online on May 1, the birthday of Gigi.
Bryant also said that all proceeds of the sales will go to the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation, a charity that funds sporting events.
The line, which is available in kids and unisex sizes, consists of tie dye hoodies and joggers—both are available in two colorways. It was modeled by Bryant and her daughters Natalia, 18, Capri, 4, and Bianka, 21 months.
Gigi or "Mambacita" as his dad would call him, passed away with her father and seven others in a helicopter crash last January 26, 2020.
