Derek Ramsay posts cryptic message after being spotted again with Ellen Adarna
Is this Derek Ramsay’s message to his critics and naysayers?
The 44-year-old actor took to Instagram on Tuesday, Jan. 19 to post a cryptic message amid the issues and questions surrounding him and his love life.
His post shows a photo of Hollywood actor Brad Pitt with a text that reads: “Whatever you hear about me please believe it. I no longer have time to explain myself. You can also add some if you want.”
The post has no caption. Derek also did say where he got the quote from, although a quick Google search would show it is commonly used in internet memes.
It looks like Derek has also set his Instagram account to private.
A number of his followers went on to criticize the actor, with one saying, “Wag kasi babaero.”
Derek replied to this by saying, “Wag ka kase mag assume.”
Another Instagram user told Derek, “You need to start blocking people making rude and inappropriate comments.”
To which the actor replied, “Let them be. They have the right to express their opinion.”
Derek didn’t say exactly why he posted this cryptic message.
However, he did make it in the news after being sighted with Ellen Adarna again, following their viral photos together last week.
TV5 reporter MJ Marjori posted a clip of her TV interview with Ellen and John Estrada on Monday, Jan. 18.
During the Zoom interview MJ noticed that Ellen was at Derek’s house.
Ellen confirmed this and said Derek invited him and other friends to dinner at his house.
“He invited to have dinner in his house. Ang dami kaya namin dito, hindi lang ako. Gusto niyo makita?” Ellen said. “Marami talaga kami dito guys. Maraming tao dito. Hindi lang ako.”
Derek and Ellen are making headlines after their photos together at the actor’s house with other friends—including Estrada and Ruffa Gutierrez—prompted speculations that something romantic is brewing between the two.
Derek, however, said there is nothing going on between him and Ellen.
