Feeling old yet?

Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin—two of our favorite child stars—just welcomed their first child.

Named after Culkin’s sister who was killed in a tragic car accident in 2008, Dakota was born in Los Angeles on Monday, April 5, weighing 6 pounds and 14 ounces.

“We’re overjoyed,” the couple said, confirming the happy news to Esquire.

Song and Culkin sparked dating rumors in 2017, after meeting on the set of their movie Changeland. At the start of their relationship, Culkin told Esquire he “was waiting for the other shoe to drop” but later realized, “No—sometimes it’s just good.”

And fall in love, they did. The hot couple eventually decided to live under one roof, where they now take care of their dear pets: three cats, some fish, a dog, and a parrot.

In a previous interview with the same publication, Culkin was asked about their plans to build a family. “We practice a lot,” he said. “We’re figuring it out, making the timing work. Because nothing turns you on more than when your lady comes into the room and says, ‘Honey, I’m ovulating.’”

Song, who was also at the photoshoot then, briefly talked about her incredible romance with Culkin: “You can’t be around him and not be happy.”

Culkin starred in the blockbuster comedy film Home Alone (1990), while Song is best known for her “London Tipton” role in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (2005-2008).
