GMA Network’s talent agency Sparkle is warning the public against unauthorized auditions allegedly performed by certain individuals pretending to be a Sparkle executive.

“It has come to our attention that there are certain individuals posing as Sparkle executives are conducting unauthorized recruitment activities on Viber, Telegram, and WhatsApp,” the official statement read on Tuesday, April 16.

It added that the GMA Network and its artist center will never require applicants to take off clothes, may it be an in-person audition or online.

“Nor will you be asked to send sexy photos or images where you’re unclothed. Kindly refrain from interacting with them and report them to the official social media accounts of Sparkle,” it added.

They also reminded the public that official information about auditions and recruitment will only be announced on their official Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Established in 1995, Sparkle has been recruiting and managing talents including rising artists and big names in the entertainment industry such as Heart Evangelista, Barbie Forteza, Gabbi Garcia, Julie Anne San Jose, Jason Abalos, Michelle Dee, and the newly joined Nancy McDonie who was a former member of K-pop group MOMOLAND.
