The man who was arrested twice and charged with stalking and harassment for staying near pop star Taylor Swift’s home in New York was arrested a third time.

NBC News reported that David Crowe, 33, was first arrested on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 1:35 p.m. after a 911 caller reported a “disorderly person” along Franklin Street in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood.

Crowe reportedly attempted to open a door to a building at the location. He was taken into custody and was released.

On Monday, Jan. 21, at 6 p.m., police patrolled the area when they saw Crowe again. Complainants described him as “emotionally disturbed” and “acting erratically.”

He reportedly harassed multiple complainants and was taken into custody. He was charged with two counts each of harassment and stalking, according to NBC News.

Crowe was arraigned in a Manhattan criminal court but returned to Franklin Street, prompting another 911 call.

When police arrived, he walked away and headed into the police station.

Crowe is facing no new charges.

He reportedly visited the area of Swift’s residence 30 times, from Nov. 25 to Jan. 22.

Swift has been targeted by stalkers over the past few years.
