While it's not snowing in the Philippines during December, there are always ways to enjoy the coolness of the Christmas "season" in the country. This year, they come in the much-awaited return of "Disney on Ice" in Manila.

This year's event, titled "Disney on Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder," is the first for the popular ice show since its last run in the Philippines on Jan. 5, 2020. It is part of The Walt Disney Company's year-long celebration of its 100th anniversary last October 2023.

Same as before, the ice skating concert's 2023 edition will take Pinoys on a magical and melodic journey through various Disney stories, including Frozen, Moana, and Coco, as well as the performances of Disney Princesses Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Mulan, Merida, and Tiana.

Fans can also expect to hold their breaths with the performers' aerial stunts performed over VFX lighting and video components, especially during the show's "Mary Poppins Returns" segment.

Manila Disney on Ice 2023 comprises 26 shows from Dec. 22, 2023 until Jan. 7, 2024, at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.

Its last show in the Philippines had tickets ranging from P150 (General Admission) to P4,550 (Front Row). While presenter Feld Entertainment has yet to announce the prices for this year, it promises fans that tickets will remain light on the pocket, with prices starting at P300. They will soon be available for purchase on the SM Tickets website.
