LIST: Easter 2023 activities and promos the whole family can enjoy in the metro

Filipinos are in for egg-citing times this Holy Week, which will culminate on Easter Sunday 2023.

Metro Manila locals can use this time for thanksgiving for all their blessings through a number of Easter activities that will have the entire family rising to the occasion.

New World Makati Hotel's Easter Carnival Fun Fair

New World Makati Hotel will hold its Easter Carnival Fun Fair on April 9 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Located at the said hotel's grand ballroom, visitors can choose from a range of rides, games, and attractions that have been curated to appeal to kids of all ages.

Blossom the Easter Bunny will make a special appearance at the fair to greet guests, pose for photos, spread Easter cheer, and distribute eggs "filled with surprises."

Interested fairgoers may avail of New World Makati Hotel's Stay and Play Package, available until April 9, with packages starting from P8,500.

Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua's Easter Aqua Adventure

The newly opened Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua will celebrate its first Easter with an Aqua Adventure buffet lunch on top of family-designed affairs.

The afternoon of April 9 will see the hotel conduct Easter activities including a magic exhibition, puppet show, and games with prizes. Children up to 12 years old can participate in an Easter egg hunt in a surprise venue.

Acqua's Easter-cation Package inclusive of accommodations, breakfast, and a discount for the Easter Aqua Adventure lunch buffet starts at P4,300.

One Pacific Place Serviced Residences

Makati's One Pacific Place Serviced Residences will have an Easter staycation sale, allowing interested guests to book rooms for as low as P1,999 per night.

This is already inclusive of a complimentary shuttle service to nearby Catholic churches from Holy Wednesday to Good Friday.

Easter Sunday will then see The Strand Café hosting free kid's meals and breakfast buffets, as well as other "eggciting and fun-filled" activities in tune with the timely holiday.

Ortigas Malls

Ortigas Malls will participate in Easter festivities through Greenhills Mall, Estancia Mall, and Tiendesitas. The premium malls group will offer seafood and vegetarian dishes across its restaurants, including Estancia's 101 Korean Hotdog and Modern Table and Greenhills' Sweet Ecstasy.

Capitol Commons will even have the 14 Stations of the Cross arranged at the Park from April 4 to 9.

Meanwhile, Tiendesitas takes on a luau-themed Hawaiian Eggventure with balloon twisting, egg and face painting, egg hunt, and a luau mini musical show.

Tropical Hut's Lentreats

Tropical Hut has "Lentreats" promos featuring Holy Week-friendly dining options.

These feature tuna, daing na bangus, salad, fries, fish tempura, and green salad, on top of drinks, ranging from P199 to P249.

Krispy Kreme has released delectable donuts in different variants just in time for Easter. The Blue Easter Chick is filled with dark chocolate, while the White Easter Chick is made even more exciting with custard creme.

There's also the Pink Rabbit, which is an unglazed ring donut dipped in chocolate and topped with white sprinkles and marshmallows. These sweet treats start at P65.
