Interested in seeing the sky be filled with colorful hot air balloons of all shapes and sizes? Then you may want to mark your calendars for February 2024 as the "longest-running sports aviation event in Asia" is staging its much-awaited comeback!

The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF), the country’s only airshow experience, announced that it is officially flying back into the country's skies for a three-day event on February 16 to 18, 2024 at the New Clark City in Tarlac.

The festival previously saw a halt for three years due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

But now, its event, titled "A Weekend of Everything that Flies," will once again have families, friends, and aviation enthusiasts looking up at the sky to admire various flying exhibitions.

These range from regular and special-shaped hot air balloons, helicopters, skydivers, paragliders, radio-controlled aircraft, kites, and drones. Aside from this, you can also immerse yourself in aviation career seminars, fly markets, food booths, and family entertainment.

The festival will reach a climactic conclusion with a magical hot air balloon night glow and concerts.

While the 24th rendition of the PIHABF is scheduled to take place in New Clark City, ticket sale dates and prices have yet to be disclosed.
