Angel Locsin is on an 800-calorie diet—here’s what she is eating
Angel Locsin has embarked on a fitness journey, and she is taking us along for a free ride.
In a series of Instagram Stories posts on Tuesday, June 8, the 36-year-old actress revealed that she is starting on an 800-calorie meal plan.
"After so many years, I've finally decided to go back," she said about her 800-calorie diet.
The actress did not say for how many days she plans to go on this particular diet, but the website of the health clinic that provides her meals says their food is "chef-curated and nutritionist-approved."
Of course, Angel Locsin shared with her followers the meals she got for her first day on the diet plan.
For breakfast, Angel got what appears to be baked baby potatoes and an unspecified meat dish.
For lunch, this is what Angel got for her meal:
She got apple slices for her snack:
And for dinner, a bunch of greens and some pieces of what looks like meat.
Her meals don't look like they are a lot, but Angel explained that according to her nutritionist, "yan yung kailangan ko to achieve my goal".
"So please bear with me and wish me good luck," Angel said.
