Here's how you can score backstage tour, soundcheck experience at Rivermaya's reunion concert

Rivermaya fans, here's your chance to elevate your experience at the band's upcoming reunion concert.

Concert organizer Live Nation Philippines has dropped the mechanics for their giveaway ahead of the show happening on Feb. 17 at the SMDC Festival Grounds. 

Everyone, aged 10 and above, who purchased the concert tickets from Nov. 16 to Feb. 14, 12 p.m. automatically has a raffle entry for a chance to secure a signed poster and meet-and-greet.  

VIP ticket holders, meanwhile, will have an exclusive raffle entry for a chance to be included in the backstage tour and soundcheck experience.  

Non-VIP? Fret not as all ticket holders are allowed to upgrade their tickets during the said period. 

20 lucky fans will be selected for the backstage tour, while 50 will be selected for the meet and greet. 100 participants will be selected for a signed poster and soundcheck, respectively. 

The participants will be chosen via an online randomizer and will be officially announced on Feb. 15 at 6 p.m. 

Chosen participants should expect a message from Live Nation Philippines’ social media pages where they will be required to submit needed details via email. Note that the prize will be forfeited if you fail to submit it within 24 hours. 

Winners should also arrive at the venue as early as 3 p.m. on the show date. 

The upcoming reunion concert is an all-standing show with ticket prices ranging from P2,550 to P14,750. Tickets are available at SM Tickets via its official website and outlets. 

Rivermaya’s original members consisted of Bamboo Mañalac, Rico Blanco, Mark Escueta, and Nathan Azarcon. The four—with Perf de Castro—were among the biggest bands in the 90s after making a debut in 1994 with a self-titled album. 

Among their hit songs are 214, Kisapmata, Elesi, Himala, Ulan, and Awit ng Kabataan.
