Get ready to cast your votes, pageant fans! Miss Universe Philippines has officially opened the voting for weekly challenges for this year’s competition.

The organization recently announced that the voting lines are now live on its official app.

“Tune in to our official challenges and cast your votes only on the official Miss Universe Philippines App,” they wrote in their post on Wednesday, April 17. Each winner of the challenges will be able to secure a spot on the finals night happening on May 22 at SM Mall of Asia Arena.

To vote for your bet, download the official app on Google Playstore for Android users or App Store for iOS users; go to the Challenge Vote tab, and find the candidate you wish to win in a particular challenge.

The first challenge will be the Swimsuit portion, which is set to be held on Saturday, April 20, 7 p.m. at Aqua Boracay.

The admission rate is P1,000++ per person, inclusive of a dinner buffet at Qtchn Restaurant and complimentary access to the Free Seating Area on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to reserve a seat in the Premium Area, contact the resort at 0917 871 6154 via Viber/WhatsApp.

Apart from the delegates’ performances on the stage, pageant fans can also expect a superb performance by drag queen Marina Summers, who finished as a top 4 finalist in RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs. The World.

The new queen will be crowned by reigning queen Michelle Marquez Dee, who represented Makati City during last year's local competition and the Philippines on the world stage, where she bagged multiple special awards.

The winner will then represent the Philippines in the global 73rd Miss Universe, which is set to be held in September in Mexico.
