Jason Robert Brown’s award-winning Off-Broadway musical The Last Five Years extends its run show dates after a sold-out three-week run last month.

According to Barefoot Theatre Collaborative, the first five shows are set to run from Oct. 20 to 22.

Additionally, you can also watch the play on Friday, October 27, at 8 p.m. and October 28 and 29, at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Tickets are available via ticket2me.net. Ticket prices range from P2,700 to P3,200.

Directed by Topper Fabregas, The Last Five Years is an emotionally-charged musical that takes audiences on an intimate and deeply personal journey through love as it "runs its course"

It tells the story of the love and lost relationship of Jamie and Cathy played by real-life husband and wife Myke Salomon and Gab Pangilinan, respectively. The heartbreaking relationship was almost entirely through song, with each recounting events from diametric points in their shared timeline exploring profound emotions during their five-year relationship.

This is already the third local adaptation of the Off-Broadway musical after its 2003 Philippine premiere by Actor’s Actors Inc. starring Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo and Audie Gemora, as well the 2014 edition by 9 Works Theatrical led by Nikki Gil and Joaquin Valdes.
