LIST: Winners of the 96th Academy Awards
Hollywood's biggest night is here!
The 96th Academy Awards ceremony is underway, celebrating the best films and creatives of the previous year. The star-studded event took place at the Dolby Theatre and was livestreamed on Disney+.
This year's frontrunners are the highly acclaimed films Barbie and Oppenheimer, with the latter leading the pack with 13 nominations.
Oppenheimer is in the running for major awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor for Cillian Murphy, Best Supporting Actor and Actress for Robert Downey Jr. and Emily Blunt, and Best Director for Christopher Nolan.
The ceremony has already seen some winners, with Da'Vine Joy Randolph taking home the Best Supporting Actress award for her role in The Holdovers. Additionally, Hayao Miyazaki and Toshio Suzuki's The Boy and the Heron won Best Animated Feature.
Jimmy Kimmel, who roasted the crowd for the Barbie snubs, hosted the 96th Academy Awards for the fourth time.
