Dreaming of escaping reality? You may be able to do just that with Apple's new headgear that lets you blend reality and the digital world!

Dubbed as "Apple Vision Pro," the new headset is designed to "seamlessly" blend the real and digital world. It was unveiled at Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference held today, June 6.

With a design that's similar to a pair of ski goggles, Vision Pro allows you to see, hear, and interact with digital content "just like it's in your physical space."

It enables you to use your your apps anywhere on your surroundings and enlargen them to any size you want, like an "infinite canvas," as Apple puts it.

There's also a feature called "Environments" that can transform your space, allowing you to be fully immersed in beautiful landscapes in the comfort of your own home.

You can control everything you see with merely your eyes, hands, and voice, meaning you won't need to use a controller to browse through your apps. You can simply tap to select and flick to scroll, use your voice to give commands. and you can also give voice commands.

Despite letting you immerse in a virtual world, Apple promised that you will not be isolated from people around you because of its system called EyeSight. Through this, the device displays your eyes and expressions through the outer display, and if someone is nearby, they’re revealed through passthrough.

You can also use the device to watch your favorite movies and shows and play video games on a giant screen surrounded by spatial audio. Because of this, Apple has partnered with Disney to make their streaming platform Disney+ available for the headgear and bring their content to their fans in "ways that were previously impossible."

Aside from this, hundreds of thousands of iPad and iPhone appls will be available on Vision Pro at launch, such as Adobe Lightroom, Candy Crush, and more. It will also have a brand-new app store where users can discover and download all the apps built for the device.

Vision Pro starts at $3,499 (P196,624) and it will be available early next year on the Apple website and at Apple stores in the US. The tech giant promised that the device will come to more countries later in the year.
