'Hospital Playlist' cast reunites at Yoo Yeon-seok's fan meet

Has it really been two years since the season 2 finale of Hospital Playlist? We still can't get over it! But guess what? The group had a mini-reunion at Yoo Yeon Seok's fan meet!

On his Instagram, the South Korean actor shared snaps from his "much awaited" fan meeting held on Sept. 2 at Yonsei University in Seoul.

The event, which was postponed twice, was a celebration of the Mr. Sunshine star's 20 years in the industry. His family, friends, colleagues, and fans were there to commemorate the milestone with him.

But the ultimate surprise for the fans was when Teon Seok brought out his co-stars from the Hospital Playlist—Jo Jung Suk, Jung Kyung Ho, Kim Dae Myung, and Jeon Mi Do. The group, collectively known as Mido and Falasol, graced the stage to sing the drama's OST, Me To You, You To Me.

"The long-awaited 20th Anniversary Fan Meeting!" Yeon Seok said.

"It was concluded happily with many congratulations from so many people. I would like to thank Seul Gi sshi who hosted it with wit, Mido and Falasol members and director Shin Won Ho who came all together despite their busy schedule, our Hosplay band teachers," he added, thanking more people in his post.

Hospital Playlist follows the story of five doctors in their 40s who have been friends since the beginning of their university years. The drama premiered in May 2020, and season 2 followed the year after. There were rumors that season 3 is in the works, but the drama's production team via Soompi said "there are no specific plans."

"All of the production team and cast members have the definite will to unite if a new season is planned someday, but as of now, there are no specific plans," the team said.
