Vanessa Hudgens is pregnant, flaunts baby bump at 2024 Oscars
Vanessa Hudgens is about to be a mother.
Hudgens revealed the news by flaunting her baby bump at the 2024 Academy Awards or Oscars ceremony on March 11 Philippine time. She wore a black long-sleeved dress which made her baby bump more pronounced.
The 35-year-old actress married her husband, baseball player Cole Tucker, in December 2023. They announced their engagement earlier that year.
In an appearance on the Drew Barrymore Show in 2021, Hudgens said she and Tucker met through a Zoom meditation group in 2020.
Hudgens is half Filipino. She was born and raised in the United States by her late American dad Greg and her Pinay mom Gina, who opted to move abroad when she was just 25 years old.
She rose to fame for her role in Disney’s High School Musical.
Afterward, she starred in movies like The Princess Switch, Bad Boys for Life, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, and Tick, Tick… Boom!.
Hudgens, a global tourism ambassador for the Philippines, visited the country for the first time in March 2023 to shoot a travel documentary about her Filipino roots.
