Kylie Verzosa showcased her entrepreneurial prowess by unveiling her new shapewear brand SOLÁ.

Kylie started the year with a bang as she introduced her new "baby" to her followers.

"Another dream come true! Happy New Year guys! I can't wait to share with you my first business and baby, and what my team and I have been working on for the past months," the caption read.

"At its core is to make everyone feel good and confident in their own body," said the Miss International 2016 titleholder.

Moreover, Kylie, who recently starred in the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, Penduko, said that SOLA's products underwent "countless testing and wearing" in shoots. She added that they were "developed to fit every style, shape, and curve."

She continued that she feels her best self when wearing the shapewear and is eager to share it with her "sisters."

"I feel that when I'm at my best self, anything is possible," she said. "And I wanted girls and my sisters to feel the same way, too."

Last November, Kylie was named as Tanduay's 2023 calendar girl. According to Marc Ngo, the brand's business development manager and senior brand manager, Kylie is the ideal woman to represent the brand because of her many talents and advocacy for mental health.

Kylie, for her part, said it feels "surreal" to be given this chance, considering the other "strong and beautiful women" who came before her.

"It feels surreal to become a Tanduay Calendar Girl, especially if you consider all the strong and beautiful women who came before me like Heart Evangelista, KC Concepcion, and Bea Alonzo. It feels great to be in their company," she said during the calendar's launch.

Before this, she also bagged the Best Actress award at the Distinctive International Arab Festivals Awards 2022 for her performance in the movie The Housemaid.

Kylie is also known as an avid mental health advocate. She established Mental Health Matters (MHM) in 2017 as an online support group and is now a non-profit organization that aims "to raise awareness and remove the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness."
