GALLERY: Miss Universe Philippines 2024 introduces its 55 candidates

The pageant season is on!

The Miss Universe Philippines organization on Sunday revealed the 55 candidates who will be joining this year's competition.

Among them are pageant veterans Miss Universe Philippines Charity 2021 Victoria Velasquez Vincent, Binibining Pilipinas International 2018 Ahtisa Manalo, Binibining Pilipinas 2022 candidate Stacey Gabriel, Miss Intercontinental 2014 second runner-up Kris Janson, and Miss Intercontinental 2015 first runner-up Christi McGarry.

Marking a historic first, Filipinas residing in international cities across Australia, Florida, Hawaii, Sydney, the United Kingdom, Virginia, and Washington joined the event, sending their representatives.

The MUPH organization has yet to announce the date for the fifth edition of the pageant. 

The winner will be crowned by her predecessor Michelle Dee and represent the Philippines at the 73rd Miss Universe 2024 pageant to be held in Mexico on Sept. 28.
