Michelle Dee of the Philippines is among the leading candidates in the Fan Votes for the 72nd Miss Universe pageant.

On Saturday, Oct. 14, the Miss Universe Organization shared the Top 10 contenders based on results of votes placed before Oct. 12.

"It’s neck and neck!" it wrote in the caption.

MUO added that the list is in no particular order and that fans can still cast their votes on the Miss Universe app.

Leaving a comment on the post, Michelle simply said: "Maraming salamat."

Aside from her, the top delegates include France's Diane Leyre, Nicaragua's Sheynnis Palacios, Albania's Endi Demneri,  Mexico's Melissa Flores, Myanmar's Amara Bo, Puerto Rico's Karla Acevedo, Chile's Celeste Viel, Thailand's Anntonia Porsild, and Lebanon's Maya Abou Hosn.

The contestant with the highest number of votes will determine a place among the top candidates for the semi-finals and advance to the finals.

To help the Philippines or your favorite candidate advance to the next round, visit vote.missuniverse.com or download the Miss Universe app and follow the instructions to vote.

Michelle is vying for the country's 5th Miss Universe crown during the 72nd Miss Universe pageant on Nov. 12 in El Salvador.

In an interview with GMA’s Unang Balita, the beauty queen and star of Keys to the Heart said that she is ready to conquer the global pageant.

“I’m giving it everything that I have—two hundred percent of myself, I’m dedicating it to my crown. I’m working on the different aspects of my campaign just to make sure that when I fly to El Salvador, I’m 100% ready. Walang mahahanap na butas,” Michelle shared.

“So patayan ang training almost every day. We also have requirements to fulfill, and responsibilities with our sponsors. If you see my schedule this month, puno talaga, but of course, we have to know how to make our priorities list,” she added.
