Sandara Park surprises Pinoy fans at the ‘2022 K-pop Masterz’ concert: ‘Sana nag-enjoy kayo!’

The already energetic crowd erupted into cheers as Sandara Park made a surprise appearance at the “2022 K-pop Masterz in Manila” concert at the Mall of Asia Arena on Friday, July 29.

During the concert, Dara was suddenly called onstage by GOT7’s BamBam to greet the Pinoy fans. BamBam, along with bandmate and soloist Jackson Wang and TREASURE, are the headline acts of the show. 

“Kamusta kayong lahat? Welcome to my second home, BamBam. Thank you so much for inviting me to the stage so I can greet everybody,” Dara said.

The former 2NE1 member also revealed that it’s been three years since she visited the Philippines.

Dara also treated fans to an impromptu performance of 2NE1’s hit song I Don’t Care. She even joined BamBam as he chanted, “Tagay, shot puno” to fans.

The K-pop icon also joined the GOT7 member as he performed his hit song riBBon.

After the concert, Dara revealed in an Instagram post that she had no clue that she would be called by BamBam onstage. 

“Grabe~!!! What a totally unexpected day todayyy~!!! Came here to support my dear brother @bambam1a and I ended up performing on stage,” Dara wrote.

“Nag-enjoy ba kayo?! Sana nag enjoy kayo!!! Thank you Bambam,” Dara added.

The K-pop icon also showed her support for former YG Entertainment labelmates TREASURE on the ‘gram.

“With my baby brothers #Treasure in #Manila mabuhay,” Dara said.

Dara and BamBam also made headlines after they were spotted having a fun inuman session at a Filipino restaurant on Thursday, July 28.

To recall, Dara and BamBam are labelmates after she joined the Korean entertainment agency ABYSS Company in September 2021. The label is also home to former Wonder Girls member Sunmi and R&B trio Urban Zakapa, among others.
