It looks like the official candidates of the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 are more than ready to show the world just how confidently beautiful they are as they don chic and gorgeous outfits.

The MUPh organization posted another round of pictures of their "phenomenal, transformational Filipinas" through their Facebook account, where they also included short descriptions of the candidates so the audience can better get to know them.

Among the familiar faces you can see are current titleholders Michelle Dee (Miss Universe Philippines Tourism) and Pauline Amelinckx (Miss Universe Philippines Charity).

Michelle from Makati is described to have "a few tricks up her sleeve to cinch the crown this time around" while Pauline, who is representing Bohol, is "ready to show the Universe her never-say-die attitude."

Agriculture advocate Samantha Panlilio, who was crowned as Miss Grand Philippines back in 2021, is representing Cavite and is set to "show a side of her you’ve never seen before." Emmanuelle Vera from Cebu Province, who won Reinahispanoamericana Filipinas in 2021, is "pulling out all the stops to finally make her dreams come true."

One of this year's crowd favorites and former UAAP courtside reporter Angelique Manto is one who "brings her heart for mental health warriors wherever she goes."

Meanwhile, missing from the lineup is Pangasinan bet Kristeen Mae Boccang who replaced the city's previous candidate, Evangeline Fuentes.

On Feb. 27, MUPH organization announced that Fuentes has withdrawn from the competition due to health reasons. Her spokesperson, Michelle Joy Padayhag, said that while the decision was tough, they "have to follow the doctor’s advice for Ms. Fuentes’ well-being and recovery."
