Enrique Gil’s posh beach house in Anilao, Batangas is still up for sale. If you have P75 million to spare, chances are, it'll be hard to resist this dreamy abode.

The modern five-story palazzo spans 1,041 square meters and is admired by beach bums and Enrique’s fans alike for its breathtaking view of Batangas bay and the province’s mountain ranges.

In his YouTube vlog posted in February 2020, Enrique and her sister Diandra said that the beach house was built as a place of relaxation, especially because they grew up becoming beach lovers.

“So you know, we are originally from Cebu. Actually, we were born there. Growing up, we were always around the beach, and we’re just really beach buddies,” the actor explained.

“We love the ocean so much. That’s why it is always a dream of ours to have a beach house here that’s close to us,” Diandra added.

Construction of the property began in 2014 and took two years to finish because, according to Enrique, the contractor experienced difficulties  transporting the materials by sea. “Yung mga semento, lahat ng mga materials, lahat ng pang-construction talaga, hino-haul pa gamit ng bangka,” the actor recalled.

“It was challenging also because of the weather,” his sister continued. “Having a beachfront, the weather was also not on our side. But, finally, we have our beach house and we’re so excited to show it to you guys!”

Four years later, in 2020, Enrique put it on the market. In an interview with PUSH that year, Enrique revealed that he deemed it practical to do so, as he and his reel-to-real girlfriend Liza Soberano are planning to open a new spa resort right beside the property.

“I bought another property beside it that’s like a hectare sa may coastline na gusto ko gawing resort. Sabi ko, ‘Let’s just stick with the plan na lang — Let’s just sell this house and then let’s just build the resort here. Mas malaki pa ‘yung place,” he said.

Enrique’s beach house was previously listed on Lamudi for P85 million. It is now being sold by property brokerage firm Top Realty for P75 million.

Here’s a quick tour to show you what makes it a real paradise on Earth.

With its modern ivory exterior accented with glass parapets and wooden fence, it is easy to mistake Enrique’s house for a mini-resort. The resemblance is uncanny, as the spacious property also has its own private dock and motorboat, which is included in the sale.

It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two swimming pools which both have a picture-postcard view of the beach and Batangas mountain range.

The house emanates a refreshing and relaxing vibe, with its Hamptons-style interiors consisting of a neutral and brown palette, as well as large glass windows that provide the house an abundance of natural light plus a majestic view of the beach in most areas.

On the first floor, you will find the entertainment room, which has billiards and air hockey tables, as well as a basketball machine.  It is decorated with vintage pieces, including an old canoe, a hundred-year-old paddleboard, and a life raft that Enrique said was taken from a real ship.

One side of the room features a lounge and right behind it is an indoor-outdoor garden that birds naturally inhabited, according to Enrique’s sister Diandra. Meanwhile, the wall by the staircase features a floor-to-ceiling 3D art piece made by Enrique’s mother Bambi.

The second floor is the area where the family would usually gather. Here, you will find the spacious living room with a huge sofa that, according to Bien Singson-Lim of Top Realty, was imported from the U.S. It has floor-to-ceiling accordion doors that lead to the veranda where you will also get a scenic view of the beach.

Next to the living room is what Enrique refers to as one of his favorite spots in the house: the dining area. It has a huge table that can seat up to 10 people and an accent lighting that was made to resemble jellyfish. Its wall features another 3D art piece by the actor's mother, and it has a buffet area in the inner part of the room that leads to the kitchen.

The kitchen is modish like any part of Enrique's house. Its huge white doors were purchased by the actor's mother from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and the room has a total of nine burners that allows the family to turn every mealtime into a feast.

Outside of these rooms are the alfresco dining area and one of the house's main attractions: the relaxing and scenic pool deck. Here, you'd get to indulge in the stunning view of the horizon while enjoying the infinity pool's soothing seawater.

Up on the third floor, there's another roomy living family area and two master's bedrooms that both feature a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The one in Enrique's room is more exceptional as its bathtub is located by a huge glass window that gives you a view of the beach while soaking in a bubble bath.

Enrique's room also has access to the second pool, or what he refers to as the "jacuzzi area," where he and his friends can also throw a pool party over the seascape.

Three more bedrooms are on the fourth floor, while the uppermost floor is the rooftop where you can simply relax to the cool breeze and probably a gorgeous view of the sunset.
