Netflix survival drama hit series Squid Game is making waves across the world, and with the spooky season just around the corner, it is not impossible for it to serve as an inspiration for many for peole’s Halloween costumes this year.
Since the show’s release in mid-September, it has taken over the video streaming platform and is set to dethrone period-era drama Bridgerton as Netflix's biggest show ever.
According to a recent report released by Google, Squid Game is the top trending costume in the US so far this week.
The report did not specify which specific costumes from the show are being searched but the options may include the workers’ pink jumpsuit with a fencing-inspired face mask, the players’ green track suit, The Front Man’s all-black outfit, or the dress of “red light, green light” animatronic girl.
