Ashley Tisdale is happy about her 'natural boobs' post-breast implant removal
One year after Ashley Tisdale had her breast implants removed, she is celebrating her "natural boobs."
The 35-year-old singer and actress shared an Instagram Story of herself wearing a top that showed her cleavage, writing: "Got my implants taken out a year ago, got pregnant and now have natural boobs ? life is funny."
In August, the High School Musical star shared a "personal post" and opened up about how her breast enhancement surgery affected her mental health.
She shared that in the past leading to her surgery, she felt that she was never enough, that she thought getting breast implants "would make me feel more whole and more secure about myself."
While it did boost her confidence for a little time, she began "struggling with minor health issues that just were not adding up." Tisdale, who is very open about her mental health journey, decided to focus on her health and had her implants removed.
"This journey has been one of growth, self discovery, self acceptance and most importantly self-love," she wrote in a post. "This picture above was taken two months after my explant surgery and I think you can tell just how happy I am to finally be fully me," Tisdale added.
In the same post, Tisdale also introduced her new site, Frenshe, where she shares about her "non-toxic life."
“I can’t say I’m the proudest of the choices I made in the past but I don’t regret it because it got me here today.” Tisdale said.
