Need some fitness inspiration?
Andi Eigenmann shared her weight loss progress for the past months—from gaining 175 lbs. in her third pregnancy to losing 50 pounds after only ten months of keeping her health goals in check.
“Was looking for some motivation and found it in myself,” she began in an Instagram reel that contains videos of her different workouts in 2021. Among them were jump rope, boxing, jumping jacks, and high-intensity interval training.

The actress gave her followers a look at the progress she’s made so far as she expressed her thanks to her coaches and her husband-to-be, surfing champ Philmar Alipayo “for all the help, inspo, and for making this journey so much fun!”
“Simply being ‘out of place’ for almost 2 months froze me up quite a bit, but I realise how much of an impact physical exercise has really had on my mental health and overall well-being,” she wrote in the caption.
“I do have my own personal fitness goals, of course, but exercise and staying active really does so much more to us that keep us fit,” she added.
Her friends in the industry, including Yassi Pressman, Pia Wurtzbach, Megan Young, and Katarina Rodriguez, were quick to send her some love and support in the comment section. Some of them even said her IG post made them feel inspired to do the same.
