Stay physically active during ECQ with free live workouts

Can't workout outside? No problem.

Manila is facing its third lockdown and the overall morale is low. Many health experts stress the importance of hobbies and connections during these times. As a way of helping the community, REBEL is offering 40+ live classes for FREE during ECQ to keep mind and body healthy and become an avenue for safe social interactions with a supportive community.

REBEL will be holding two weeks worth of live classes led by the country’s top coaches via Zoom for FREE, from August 9 to 22, 2021. Sweat it out through workouts and clear your mind with meditation sessions with over 1000 weekly attendees. Sign up to as many as you like from High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), booty band workouts, strength training, yoga, dance, boxing, meditation, and even REBEL crowd-favorite Low Impact Training (LIT)—you’re bound to find whatever workout style you like here:

“If you are lucky enough to be able to work from home during these lockdowns…, it’s important to keep the balance by finding a daily hobby or something else you can dedicate your energy to, like a daily workout, to bring structure back to your day,” says Erwan Heussaff, co-founder of REBEL.

Through the course of REBEL’s live classes that started in March 2021, users have found a way to connect with each other and gain camaraderie and support from the community. It’s become a great way for them to surround themselves with positive energy and bond with like-minded people.
