Angel Locsin has words of advice for those who are feeling pressured to lose weight.
Following her viral weight loss photo, Locsin addressed curious netizens on how she was able to successfully shed off the extra pounds from her body. The actress recently gained attention on social media after she posted a photo that flaunts her slimmer figure.
“For those struggling to lose that extra weight, please don’t feel pressured. I tell you that I understand that it’s not easy, having been fighting weight gain for years. (The) pressure did not and will not help,” she said.

Locsin reminded followers to “take your time” and “love every inch of you” in their fitness journey.
“You are more than your weight or how you look. What’s important is how you feel and think of yourself,” Locsin added.
The actress also revealed that her fitness journey is “still a work in progress,” with “struggles and bumps” along the way.
She also added: “I’ve been taking care of my health and trying out something new. I will share with you my process and journey some other time, when I’m more confident na.”
Locsin embarked on a fitness journey in June with an 800-calorie meal plan. She also subscribed to a nutritionist to help her achieve her fitness goals.
