Bretman Rock launches book, holds limited signing session in the Philippines
Hawaii-based Filipino social media star Bretman Rock is coming to the Philippines this March for the launching of his book.
You’re That Bitch & Other Cute Lessons About Being Unapologetically Yourself is an essay collection about Rock's "funny and inspiring celebration of self, identity, queerness, and his Filipino heritage," according to National Book Store's website.
It also contains drawings, recipes, how-tos, and never-before-seen photos of Rock, the bookstore added.
The hardbound book is priced at P1,595.
Limited book signing sessions and photo opportunity with Rock will be held on March 4 at SM Megamall and on March 5 at SM Mall of Asia. Up to 150 buyers will be accommodated on each session.
National Book Store said customers who will purchase the book from its physical stores, website, or e-commerce platforms Shopee and Lazada are eligible to join.

They must bring the invoice to the registration tables of the book signing events.
Registration takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Raffle of signing slots will be held at 2:30 p.m. Winners will be announced at 3 p.m., while the event proper starts at 4 p.m., National Book Store said.
Rock, 24, rose to fame through his humorous vlogs and makeup tutorials.
He has over 4.3 million Facebook followers, 5.5 million Twitter followers, 18.5 million Instagram followers, and 8.8 million YouTube subscribers to date.
Rock is the first openly gay man to grace the cover of Playboy magazine in October 2021.
In December 2022, he won a digital influencer award at the Unforgettable Gala's 20th Annual Asian American Awards. That year, he also placed 27th in Forbes magazine's Top Creators 2022 list.
