Typhoon Karding (International name: Noru) entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday, Sept. 25 and bared down on Luzon, affecting families who had to be evacuated and flooding communities during its landfall.

Though the typhoon weakened during its descent, a number of Filipino families have since been affected by the typhoon.
