Is it permissible now to exercise without a mask?

Since Alert Level 1 is considered the start of the “New Normal,” all establishments will be allowed to operate under 100% capacity—provided that health protocols such as wearing well-fitted face masks and physical distancing are strictly observed.

As per the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), contact and non-contact sports facilities, exercise venues, fitness studios, gyms, and fitness-related spots are subject to DTI sector-specific protocols before opening to the public.
