This theme park in Nueva Ecija has dinosaurs, UTV rides, glamping cabins—and more dinosaurs

When in Nueva Ecija, it's no longer just the kakanin, burikito, and tilapia ice cream. Visitors may already indulge in the sight of triceratops, brachiosaurus, and tyrannosaurus rex, thanks to a newly minted dinosaur theme park.

At George Point Dinopark in the municipality of Pantabangan, visitors will be transported to eons ago as they explore its verdant surroundings teeming with life-size animatronic dinosaurs that screech and run (and thankfully not attack humans). They may take photos and videos as they interact with the reptiles.

The park also offers daily activities like educational tours and adventure getaways with the family. There are also live tyrannosaurus rex shows on weekends.

Visitors may also have picnic, enjoy camping, and take utility terrain vehicle rides.

Moreover, George Point Dinopark is also campaigning for pro-environment practices.

In a Facebook post, the park said the attraction has a park-wide installation of renewable energy systems through solar and wind power, doing away with the rather harmful fossil fuel. It also has a rainwater harvesting system that allows for the recycling of water and cutting back on usage.

"We are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint in all aspect of our business, from raw material procurement to trash disposal," it said.

George Point Dinopark has a soft opening rate of P300 per head, from the regular P600.

It's open every day, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
