Weekend hangs: Tired of partying? Try these weird and wholesome activities in the Metro

By SAAB LARIOSA Published Aug 04, 2022 2:34 pm

Since the easing of restrictions in the Metro during the start of the year, it seems that parties and giant (safe) gatherings were the initial go-to activity for many. But as they say, you really can have too much of a good thing.

While parties were a good way to meet new people after being cooped up at home, there's now the resurgence of activities that involve simply hanging out with a select few and enjoying your time together—alcoholic drinks not included.

Activities such as Intramuros ghost hunting, walking tours, art fairs, and other fun and enlightening activities are slowly but surely making their way into people's outdoor radars.

If you're in need of some more weird and wholesome experiences for the coming weekends, check out these two spots in the Metro that will surely fill up your fun meter—and get some pictures for the 'gram while you're at it. Who said slime and fantasy photoshoots were just for kids, anyway?
