JACS—short for Jacqueline Anne’s Catering Services—offers palatable premium dishes from Italian to Korean and Filipino cuisines. Its food trays, which can serve six to eight persons, are cooked in its kitchen in Valle Verde 2, Pasig City.
Topping its menu is the Four Cheese Baked Salmon (P1,750) made creamy using cheddar and cream cheese and JACS’ secret blend of herbs.
Another bestseller is the Korean Pork Belly (P1,450). Owner Jaq Estrada-Quiwa told PhilSTAR Life that what makes it special is how it is cooked: “Smoked for one hour and baked for four hours in the oven with a sweet and light soy sauce.”
Another must-try is the Lengua Estofado (P1,650) braised in mushroom sauce. “We clean the ox tongue and cook it for hours that’s why it’s tender and delicious,” Jaq said.
The Three Cheese Lasagna Roll-Ups platter (P1,450) is sure to snag the spotlight at your dinner table, too. The roll-ups, according to Jaq, “have cheese bars inserted in each of them that will melt with the meaty tomato filling when you bite into them.” Adding more savor are the cheddar, mozzarella, and sharp cheese topped on the pasta.

Antonio Uno
