‘Back4Blood’ early access and release date revealed at E3

Back4Blood, one of the most anticipated games of the year, has set an an early access open beta release date this August ahead of its release date.

The game has been confirmed as an Xbox Game Pass title available to play from day one when it launches on October 12th.

The spiritual successor to the 2008 multiplayer survival horror game Left4Dead will be available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.

A new trailer for the thrilling co-op zombie shooter was revealed during the Xbox and Bethesda E3 showcase, showing a new swarm mode and PvP modes.

According to the game’s official synopsis, players will get to experience the intense 4 player co-op narrative campaign, competitive multiplayer as human or the horrific Ridden. These once-human hosts of a deadly parasite have turned into terrifying creatures bent on devouring what remains of civilization. Both sides come with unique weapons, abilities, and specialties.

Those who want to try out this game firsthand will be able to take part in an open beta running from August 12 to 16. Players who pre-order the game will get early access to the beta from August 5 to 9.

Back4Blood is scheduled to be released on October 12 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
