It's been a year since Crash Landing on You premiered (could you believe it?), and fans are reminiscing about the series that made their hearts flutter.

To say CLOY is a phenomenal success is an understatement. Even after a year, the love story between Yoon Se-ri and Captain Ri Jeong-Hyeok is still being talked about all over the world. Crash Landing On You is even listed in Japan's Buzzword Awards in 2020!

Hyun Bin in Memories of the Alhambra

We all fell in love with Hyun Bin as the hopeless romantic Capt. Ri Jeong-Hyeok from North Korea in CLOY. In Memories of the Alhambra, Hyun Bin plays Yoo Jin-Woo, a CEO of an investment company. He also was the lead star in My Lovely Sam Soon, Secret Garden, and Hyde, Jekyll, Me.

Son Ye-Jin in Something in the Rain

Son Ye-Jin played the part of Yoon Se-ri in CLOY. She was an heiress and fashion entrepreneur from South Korea who finds herself stranded in North Korea after a paragliding accident. Meanwhile, in Something in the Rain, Ye-Jin plays Yoon Jin-A, a single 30-something supervisor who is bubbly on the outside, but empty on the inside.

Seo Ji-hye in Heart Surgeons

Seo Ji-hye plays the beautiful and elegant North Korean heiress Seo Dan. She was Capt. Ri's fiancee but who ended up with Gu Seung-Jun. In Heart Surgeons, Ji-hye plays a different role as Yoon Soo-Yeon, a thoracic surgical assistant and the daughter of the director of Taesan hospital.

Ji-hye also appeared in 49 Days, and Black Knight: The Man Who Guards Me.

Kim Jung-hyun in Welcome to Waikiki

We know Kim Jung-hyun as the smart and charming conman Gu Seung-jun, whose family became broke after Se-ri's father embezzled money from their company. He tried to pursue Se-ri as part of his revenge, but had a change of heart when he met Seo Dan. In Welcome to Waikiki, Jung-hyun is an aspiring movie director who is saddled with doubts because he feels he has bad luck.

Yoo Soo-bin in Start-Up

If you loved Yoo Soo-bin's character in CLOY, you'll love him even more in Start-Up. In CLOY, he played Kim Ju-meok, a member of the Company Five who is fascinated with South Korean culture and a big fan of K-dramas. In Start-Up, he's a lovable geek named Lee Chul-san. Chul-san is a member of the Samsan Tech team that competed in SandBox and worked in Silicon Valley.

Lee Shin-Young in Awaken

In CLOY, Lee Shin-Young is the handsome first lieutenant in Company Five named Park Kwang-beom. While in Awaken, he's Jang Ji-wan, a special team of the National Police Agency.

Yang Kyung-won in Hi, Bye Mama

In CLOY, Yang Kyung-won plays Pyo Chi-Su, the master sergeant major in Company Five, who loves teasing Se-ri because he is against South Koreans. In Netflix's Hi, Bye Mama, he is an exorcist.

Kim Sun-Young in Reply 1988

Known as the feisty Na Wol-suk, the head of the village in North Korea, Kim Sun-Young plays a devoted mother in Reply 1988

Oh Man Seok in Beautiful World

Oh Man-Seok stars as Cho Cheol-gang, a Lieutenant Commander in the North Korean Armed Forces' Security Bureau. He is also the main villain in the drama.

In Beautiful World, he plays another powerful man named Oh Jin-Pyo, who covers his son's misbehavior. He is also a chairman of a private school foundation he inherited from his parents.

Kim Young-Min in The World of Married

Also known as "The Rat" in CLOY, Kim Young-Min plays Jung Man-Bok, a North Korean wiretapper blackmailed by Cheol-gang to facilitate criminal activities, which always made him feel guilty.

Meanwhile, in The World of Married, he plays a loving husband who, unfortunately, enjoys having affairs. He later on develops a crush on the lead character, Ji Sun-woo.
