This store lets you try games, drones and gadgets before you buy them

How many times have you let your inner geek down because you’re too shy to ask the store guy if you could try out a game console, much more a game, before you buy it?

Or have you thought of leveling up your photography skills and getting yourself a drone this Christmas—but how in the world could you “test-drive” a drone?

You’ve watched all the reviews online, but admit it, something is missing. And it’s holding you back from spending your hard-earned money on that eye-candy e-scooter, which you can’t be sure, just yet, if it truly suits your taste.

The rise in demand for new-normal gadgets is not all about laptops and smart phones for school and work-from-home needs. AllHome’s 3Q 2020 report showed that 31 percent of its sales were generated by the appliance category, which includes a wide range of gadgets—cameras, drones, e-scooters, games, even collectible toys.

To better serve its tech-savvy customers, the one-stop shop promptly opened a brand-new store, AllDigital, which is also its 50th store nationwide.

Featuring everything innovative and digital, AllDigital is a tech emporium that offers a wide variety of gadgets and electronic needs.

“AllDigital has curated the latest and innovative tech brands in the country in one store. This is the one-stop shop for all your technology needs for the home and office. It puts great value in offering only the best original merchandise,” said AllHome vice-chairman Camille Villar.

Designed to be experience-focused, the store allows gamers to try the newest games with its gaming nook, complete with a high-specs gaming desktop and top-of-the-line gaming chair; e-scooters can be tested in-store, while drones have a dedicated fly zone where customers can fly them safely. For the discerning toy collector, life-size models are on display to complement a comprehensive offering of collectibles.

At AllDigital, customers can get a firsthand experience of cutting-edge technology and gain access to the latest mobile phones and gaming consoles in the market. The store will capture the excitement and imagination of technology enthusiasts, appeal to gamers, photographers, music lovers, and toy collectors in the upscale market.

Manuel Villar, chairman of AllHome, stated: “As the pandemic pushes us to adopt technology faster, AllHome enters the tech world, further expanding its offering for the appliance category and targeting a brand-new market. This involves creating a tech hub that houses nothing but the best-selling premium products today. It’s a place where gadget enthusiasts can come together and even learn from one another. AllDigital is the core for both play and innovation. It is also a testament to AllHome’s innovative mindset and its capability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs.”

With the opening of AllDigital store, AllHome now has 39 stores in Mega Manila, six in Luzon outside Mega Manila, and five in Visayas and Mindanao. AllDigital is an addition to AllHome’s small specialty store format, bringing the store count by format to 15 small specialty, 13 large free-standing and 22 large mall-based. The recent launchings of Cabanatuan and Sta. Maria stores increased the store count for the large free-standing format.

AllDigital is located at the 2nd level of Evia Lifestyle Center, Las Piñas City.
