LILY has found its new vocalist.

Pop rock band Lily, formerly Callalily, introduced their new lead vocalist and winner of their audition series "Finding the New LILY."

"The search is over! Meet our new vocalist Joshua Camacho Bulot," they captioned in their group photo on Facebook.

Last Sept. 18, Lily held its grand finals for their competition in Vista Mall. The event included guests such as Paraluman, Libre, Yno, Kier King from Idol Philippines, and Rachel Gabreza from Tawag ng Tanghalan.

In the end, Joshua Camacho Bulot won the competition, making him the band's new lead vocalist. He joins Lem Belaro (drums and chief songwriter), Aaron Ricafrente (bass guitar), Nathan Reyes (rhythm and lead guitar) and Alden Acosta (lead guitar and backing vocals).

Bulot is a songwriter on the side and a freelance model. He appeared in The X Factor UK in 2017 with the OPM Trio group "JBK" and was part of the 'Rak of Aegis' cast in 2019 before joining the competition by the band Lily.

On June 23, LX2 Entertainment, Vista Mall, and Starmall announced the band's search for a new lead singer following the exit of former member Kean Cipriano who fronted the band for 17 years. The band also changed their social media cover and background to white during this time.

The following day, the band officially revealed that they have changed their band name from "Callalily" to "Lily," denying the license to use the name "Callalily," which was allegedly claimed by Cipriano.

"The band members have always felt a sense of ownership over the name because of the fact that each of us represents the band and its music," they said.

Lily also stated that after 17 years, the band's former name was not built by one person but as a group.

"Given the circumstances, and considering our undying love for making Filipino music, we decided to pursue our passion under the new name 'Lily,'" the band stated as they move on from the name and pursue a new path of their own as a band.
