Quezon City among Taylor Swift’s top Spotify listeners in the world

It seems like there are a lot of Taylor Swift fans in Quezon City as it landed on the list of her top listeners on Spotify just recently.
“Last week, these 13 cities were the biggest Taylor Swift listeners in the world,” the streaming app announced on Twitter, showing Q.C. in the fifth spot within the period of Sept. 27 to Oct. 4.

Just behind London, New York, Sydney, and Melbourne, the Philippine city was followed by Chicago, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Mexico City, Singapore, Atlanta, Brisbane, and Dallas in the ranking.
The Twitter report was released in anticipation of the singer’s upcoming album Midnights, which she describes as “a journey through terrors and sweet dreams.” Slated for an Oct. 21 release, her new record features 13 songs that she wrote in the middle of sleepless nights.
“The floors we pace and the demons we face. For all of us who have tossed and turned and decided to keep the lanterns lit and go searching—hoping that just maye, when the clock strikes twelve, we’ll meet ourselves,” she wrote in a post.
