Evan Peters is now an Emmy winner.

The Hollywood actor won at the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards as Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for his stunning performance at the HBO drama Mare of Easttown, reigning supreme over Thomas Brodie-Sangster (The Queen’s Gambit), Paapa Essiedu (I May Destroy You), Daveed Diggs (Hamilton), Jonathan Groff (Hamilton), and Anthony Ramos (Hamilton).

Aside from expressing his utmost gratitude to the Academy, his supporters, and parents “for getting me out to L.A.,” he also gave a special mention to his Mare of Easttown co-star Kate Winslet simply “for being Kate Winslet.”

“But I especially want to thank everyone who watched this show—this what a dream come true for me tonight and it wouldn’t have been possible without you, so thank you,” he concluded.

His American Horror Story co-star Sarah Paulson was quick to give her all-out support for the actor. She quickly went live on Instagram just to do a little dance after the actor’s well-deserved win, and we’re one with her in celebrating it.

Peters is best known for his AHS stint. According to People, he is set to star in the upcoming Netflix series Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story as serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
