Who said things only happen in the North?

This year's The Manila'Bang show is once again gracing the South with art, talks, and a whole lot more this coming Dec. 8 to 11 at the Festival Mall in Alabang.

With over 2,500-sqm of space in the sprawling mall, this year's Manila'Bang will once again be a celebration of emerging and well-known names in the local art industry.

Manila'Bang 2022 will be led by artistic director, Alain Zedrick Camiling, and presented by Contemporary ArtFairs ManilaPH.

With over 20 participating galleries and more than 300 artists on the map, this year's exhibit will also continue to be open for all with free admission for visitors.

It won't be a one-medium show either. Art toys, wide-scale installations, and a sneak peek into the future of NFTs will also be on full display in the exhibit that prides itself on presenting "divergent ways, possibilities, or courses of action relating to the visceral, mundane, creative and artistic processes and production."

Meanwhile, if you're interested in discussing the past and future of the local art industry, they will also be hosting a series of talks throughout the four-day event titled Art Talks 2022: Interchange.

Interchange will be graced by diverse professionals and practitioners across the arts, culture, and creative industries ecosystem.

The Manila’Bang Show 2022 opens to the public on Dec. 8 to 11, 2022, at the Upper Ground Floor, Expansion Wing, Civic Drive Hallway of Festival Mall in Muntinlupa. For more details, visit their Facebook and Instagram.
