Lana Del Rey drops a teaser video of her upcoming single and an announcement that the Blue Banisters album will be released at a later date.

In her yet-untitled single which will be "out soonish," Del Rey can be heard singing, "My body is a map of L.A. I stand straight like an angel with a halo."

In the same teaser video, the 36-year-old singer said that the upcoming album has now been moved, with no release date yet. “Album out later later,” the singer wrote on Instagram.

Del Rey had earlier announced that the Blue Banisters album will be released on July 4 in the United States.

Last month, in May, Del Rey released three tracks, Blue Banisters, Text Book, and Wildflower Wildfire with the cover photo of her selfie, similar to the artwork in her previous album release date announcement.

After the teaser video, she posted another Instagram photo of herself in a yellow dress with two German Shepherd dogs beside her with the caption “TBD,” referring to her new album.

If Blue Banisters will be released this year, it will be Del Rey’s second album in 2021, after Chemtrails over the Country Club was released in March.
