Imagine receiving a custom pickup truck from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson himself? That's exactly what happened to Navy veteran Oscar Rodriguez.

Dwayne Johnson treated his fans to a special screening of his film Red Notice, which included free energy drinks, ice cream, tequila, and more.

However, Johnson took the extra mile as he surprised Navy veteran and personal trainer Oscar Rodriguez with his custom pickup truck for Christmas. He also revealed that he “gathered information” on every audience member and ultimately decided that Rodriguez deserved his gift.

“Your story really moved me… takes care of his 75-year-old-mom. Personal trainer. Leader at his church. Provides support and meals for women victimized by domestic violence. Proud and humble Navy veteran. Kind human being,” Johnson said.

An overwhelmed Rodriguez admitted that he’s “speechless” with Johnson’s gift. “I’m just speechless. I’m so glad to meet you, I feel so encouraged right now, so uplifted. I’m encouraged by your motivation. I follow you on Instagram, I listen to your words. You inspire me. And yeah, let's do it. Let’s change the world, one person, at a time.”

The Red Notice star explained that he initially planned to give away the Porsche car he drives in the film, but the German car company turned down his request. He then decided to gift his own truck to his fan.

“Oscar said it right, just before he drove away... it’s just love. That’s all it is, brother. Just love. Go enjoy your new truck dude and Merry Christmas to you and your family,” he added.

In separate Instagram posts, Rodriguez said he has “no words” to explain his gratitude for Johnson’s gift. He also admitted that hugging the former professional wrestler is “worth a thousand trucks.”

Aside from Johnson, Red Notice also stars Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds and Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot.
