Actor Tom Holland is giving fans a glimpse behind the scenes of Disneyland Resort's new Spider-Man themed attraction, which is set to open as part of the Avengers Campus sometime this year.

The actor reprises his role as Peter Parker in Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure, an interactive screen park ride where guests can test their own "spidey senses" and wrangle rogue Spider-Bots.

In a video feature posted by Disney Parks on Wednesday (Jan. 20), Holland shared more details about his role in the theme park ride and his excitement working with Walt Disney Imagineering on this new adventure.

“What Walt Disney Imagineers have created is pretty spectacular,” said Holland in the video. “When I first joined playing Spider-Man, I went to Avengers headquarters and it was just a bunch of green screens. So the fact that there will be a legit place where people can go and visit is pretty awesome."

The ride is part of the Worldwide Engineering Brigade—or WEB Workshop, where "young engineers specialize in developing innovative technologies to equip and empower a new generation of Super Heroes." The new tech includes Spider-Bots, which are designed to be robotic sidekicks capable of building anything a Super Hero might need.

“It’s the most I’ve ever felt like Spider-Man,” Holland added. “Everybody is going to get to share that experience, which is so awesome.”

The family-friendly attraction involves guests donning 3D glasses to test-drive the aspiring inventor’s latest invention, the WEB Slinger vehicle, and discover their own web-slinging super powers. According to the theme park's website, the WEB Slinger vehicles will virtually pass through several other campus attractions, including the Pym Test Kitchen, Avengers Headquarters and the Collector’s Fortress, home to Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout!
