No one could have predicted the enormous success and universal following that The Mandalorian generated when it debuted on the Disney Plus streaming service in November 2019. Now, here we are, almost a year later and gearing up for the second season which drops on Oct. 30.

Before that, the good folks at Disney have fueled the hype train even further with a "Special Look" teaser which aired today.

The new, one minute teaser featured many of the scenes and dialogue from the first Season 2 trailer which released in mid-September of this year, but offered some new looks at the dynamic between Din Djarin/The Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal), Cara Dune (Gina Carano), and Greef Karga (Carl Weathers). It hints heavily that the trio might be working together more – with added screen time for Carano and Weathers – this time around, and I'm all for it.

Of course, more Baby Yoda.

Check out the Special Look trailer here:

The Mandalorian stars Pascal, and guest stars Carano, Weathers, and Giancarlo Esposito. Directors for the new season include Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Carl Weathers, Peyton Reed, and Robert Rodriguez. Showrunner Jon Favreau serves as executive producer along with Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson, and Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers.

Season 2 of The Mandalorian will be streaming on Disney Plus on Oct. 30.
